Visited R.S.P.B Titchwell, July 11. The reserve is near the village of Titchwell, Norfolk on the A149.Wednesday is moth day, at 10.00 the team there checks and record all the moths from the night before, amazing the amount of species they record. Bird life is buzzing down on the fresh marsh, quite a lot of fledglings at present, can be confusing at times as to what species they are. The sea is not very exciting at the moment, a few Arctic Skua at Thornham point and a few scoter going west. Still well worth the visit for a good day out, the cafe is open all day for food and drink.
